NJR Clean Energy Ventures completes solar projects

NORTH HANOVER TOWNSHIP, N.J. – NJR Clean Energy Ventures had completed two solar installations in the state in North Hanover Township and Howell.

The company, a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, installed a 9.9 megawatt project in Howell and a 6.1 megawatt project in North Hanover. The two new projects brings the company’s total installations in the state to 19. Those 19 installations produce 72 megawatts of capacity.

Chairman and CEO Laurence Downes said the company has worked to increase its output of clean energy as the country has made a shift to alternative sources of power. The company owns and operates its clean energy projects.
