SolarCity lights up New Mexico operations with 50 new jobs

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – SolarCity will begin taking orders in New Mexico this week as it opens a local solar operations center. The company expects to hire between 30 and 50 employees to staff the new center with available positions that will include sales, installation and other related jobs.

SolarCity will open up operations serving homeowners in Albuquerque, Santa Fe and Las Cruces who are customers of PNM. The company offers long-term financing that is like a power-purchase agreement.
