H+M Industrial EPC engineering new jobs in Houston

HOUSTON, Texas — In the past 12 months, engineering construction firm H+M Industrial EPC continues to grow, increasing its headcount by approximately 40 employees, or 25 to 30 percent, and the company doesn’t plan to stop there. By the end of the year, the count will be up to 200, according to Brandon Hogan, operations manager.

Growth has actually been fueled by continuing low oil prices. As energy companies cut jobs, H+M has been happy to pick them up. But H+M is selective in the hiring process. In addition to a solid interview, applicants must also perform well on a hands-on performance test.

H+M was recently named to Houston Business Journal‘s Fast 100, which recognizes Houston’s fastest growing privately held companies.
